1) Reservations
By making a reservation, full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the accommodation policies, payment deductions and cancellation of the accommodation are declared.
Prices are in euro per room.
All published prices include VAT 13% and all legal taxes, except the accommodation tax which amounts to 0.50 euros per night and based on the law is priced separately, and can be changed without notice.
2) Cancellation and prepayment policies
• Free cancellation: Guest can cancel online free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. Guests will be charged the full price of the reservation if canceled up to 5 days before date of arrival. If the guest does not show up, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• Prepayment: The guest must prepay the total price of the reservation within 5 days before arrival. The charge is made after the free cancellation ceases to be valid
• We accept prepayment with: Credit card.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card when receiving an incoming reservation, and reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the credit card information is invalid.
Fragos garden studios accepts the following cards: visa, mastercard, maestro
If you wish to issue an invoice for your stay you can inform the hotel during your stay
3) Arrival / departure
Upon arrival at the hotel you must have your reservation code, identity card or passport and the card that has become the charge or pre-approval of the reservation.
Unless otherwise stated in your reservation, arrival time is set at 15:00 and departure time is set at 11:00.
The possibility of extending your departure time after 12:00 depends on the fullness of the hotel and is subject to additional financial charges as follows:
Check out by 20:00 is subject to 50% of the daily charge
Check out after 20:00 is subject to 100% of the daily charge
In any case, you must notify your application Reception of the hotel no later than your arrival.
Rooms corresponding to confirmed reservations for which a deposit has been made or prepaid or pre-approved credit card will be held until 20:00 on the day of arrival.
4) Child policy
Infants and children under 4 years stay free of charge, provided they are accommodated in their parents’ beds. Children’s crib is provided free of charge, depending on availability.
All children living in the hotel must be accompanied and under the constant supervision of an adult.
5) Smoking policy
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.
6) Pets
Our accommodation accepts pets only after communication. Additional charges may apply. If you are traveling with pets, please inforrm us in time. If we think your pet is bothering other visitors we will ask you to leave.
7) Customer behavior
Customers are kindly requested not to disturb, to behave politely, as well as to respect other tenants and staff of the accommodation.
Also, all tenants must comply with the rules of the accommodation while the accommodation reserves the right to refuse access or to evict with any reservation any person whose behavior is considered critical. In this case the accommodation is not obliged to pay any compensation.
8) Damage room damage
In the event of damage to a room or other property due to fraudulent will or negligence, the property reserves the right to charge the amount of damage incurred including damage due to cessation of activities, to the credit / debit card of the registered customer. In cases where the customer has not paid by credit card or otherwise the accommodation will require the immediate payment of the amount of damage suffered by the customer otherwise all his legal rights are reserved.
9) Personal data
All personal data is stored and used by the accommodation in accordance with the privacy policy. The company under the name FRAGOS STUDIOS, located in Kyllini, 27068 ,Greece as auditor of the data contained in this website informs the visitors that the processing of personal data provided (in as “data”) in writing, by electronic or telecommunication means to provide them the requested service. The data of the users sent electronically to the website remain confidential and not communicated or disclosed to third parties. Users of the website are not required to provide personal data. However, if you do not, may prevent the delivery of the requested service. The personal data of the website users will not spread and will not be disclosed to third parties. But may be disclosed to employees, employed by the data controller of the site and to those that has delegated the provision of services, as well as to employees and managers, to which the auditor has given an update list of the website data. 10) Higher violence
The property is not liable in any case if it fails to meet its obligations to the customer in whole or in part due to force majeure (indicatively strikes, fires, terrorist acts, floods, civil unrest or disasters).
11) Limitation of liability
Each customer is responsible for the entire length of their stay in the accommodation for safe storage of personal items or money. In any other case, the hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage. For other items that each customer brings to the hotel, the hotel is exempt from any liability if the damage or loss is due to the negligence of the customer or other persons who live with him or visit him. due to force majeure (earthquake, fire, etc.).
12) Accuracy of information
The customer acknowledges that the hotel has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information in its advertisements and website, and acknowledges that the images may differ slightly from reality and this is due to the technical processing of the images.
